"Oliveri" is an artisan company that has been producing high-quality preserves in extra virgin olive oil for more than 20 years.
"Olivieri" excellence lies in its short supply chain and the fresh processing of carefully selected Italian raw materials.
Over time and with constant attention, the traditional recipes were joined by new recipes, like "porcini" mushrooms in oil, which are steamed to obtain a product with an even more authentic and delicate taste.
Among the company's products are also dried mushrooms, chillies stuffed with capers, anchovies or cheese, typical sauces such as "Bagnetto verde", "Bagnetto rosso" and "Bagna cauda", cheese preserves and baked goods such as breadsticks and crakers.
Sauces such as "Bagnetto rosso" or "Bagnetto verde" are excellent with boiled and roasted meat.
"Bagna cauda" sauce is ready to be heated up and to have raw vegetables dipped in it.
Jams from pears, peppers, pine nuts and honey can be paired with mature and blue cheese.
