"Kauss" is an agricultural brewery born from the desire to make quality and "from-farm-to-table" craft beers available and accessible to all.
"Kauss" has the peculiarity of conducting their agricultural operations in the field directly and organically, in order to give the consumer confidence in the quality and authenticity of the raw materials.
The transformation of barley into malt is done in selected family-owned malt houses in Piemonte and Germany.
"Kauss" beers are moderns, but inspired by the main traditional styles: they are grouped into a "Standard" and a "Premium" line, available in 33 cl and 75 cl formats.
The "Weiss", citrine, spicy and thirst-quenching, matches with fresh goat cheese.
The "Double Malt", round and full-bodied, can be drunk after dinner comfortably sit on an armchair.
The "Santa Kauss", an Imperial Weizenbock, is alcoholic and with malty and toasted scents that bring Christmas to mind.
The "3841", a Lager with mountain rye, is excellent for snacks.
