Meet the producer

"Ialty", part of "Mara dei Boschi" group, is a modern specialty coffee & roastery born in Barolo, with the aim of telling the public about the fascinating world of specialty coffee.

The intention is to identify specialty coffees with an extremely rich organoleptic profile, recognisable for their uniqueness and free of primary defects in the production chain, in order to deliver each bean's natural characteristics and aromas.

"Ialty" proposes 5 single-origins: "Flora", "Gisha", "Orfiria Cardona", "Gito" and "Malabe", the result of the team's long research with the ultimate aim of turning the coffee experience into a journey through new aromas in faraway countries.

The perfect match

Single-origin varieties from around the world, in particular from Colombia, Burundi, Rwanda, Timor Leste and Brazil, have very different organoleptic characteristics and should be savoured slowly to enjoy them to the fullest.

Should you need something sweet, you might pair them with one or two "giandujotti"!
