"Le Masche" farm, located in Levone, in the heart of the Alto Canavese area, was born from the wish of its young owner to restore in the 2007 the ancient local winemaking tradition.
Moved by great enthusiasm and applying modern technologies, he has recovered about 4 hectares of vineyards from the advancing forest on the hills of the municipalities of Levone and Rivara, where the climate is mild and windy all year round.
Today, the company owns 8 hectares of land and its production is mainly focused on enhancing the value of native vines such as "Barbera", "Freisa", "Nebbiolo", "Neretto" and "Chatus", always respecting their typicalities.
In addition to white, red and sparkling wines, the company' product line also includes a red Vermouth.
From aperitif to dessert: "Spumante Brut - 1474" is ideal with fish, shellfish and starters, while "Erbaluce di Caluso - Antonia" with light first courses.
"Bonaveria", a blend of "Barbera", "Bonarda" and "Freisa", works perfectly with white or red meat main courses, cheese and cured meats.
To end the meal, why not to try a sip of red Vermouth "Iride" or grappa "Chiara"?
