Meet the producer

"Brusa" is a family-run company producing baked goods since 1974.

Born in the Biella area, a land of mountains, clean air, pure water and hard-working people, "Brusa" decided that this territory and its people were perfect for developing the excellence of Piedmontese pastry and bakery specialities.

All the products are inspired by local traditions and testify a deep connection with the territory.

Three laboratories, specialised in the production of bread, breadsticks, biscuits and chocolate, make over 2,000 tons of product every year.

All the products are made with the best Italian raw materials, follow artisanal processing methods and traditional recipes and meet the highest quality and traceability standards.

The perfect match

"Brusa" breadsticks are a speciality to be eaten alone or with a slice of ham rolled around them. Alternatively, they can be reduced to breadcrumbs to cook great veal cutlets.

On the sweet side,"Krumiri", "Baci di Dama" and "Paste di Meliga" work excellent with your cappuccino in the morning or with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
