A family business that has been producing high-quality ice-cream and sorbets for more than 30 years.
The name of this company, founded in 1986, means "minus 18 degrees" in Italian, because the only preservative they use is low temperature.
According to "Menodiciotto", it is possible to produce authentic Italian ice-cream only with continuous testing and research activities, as every flavour originates from the skilful use of ingredients processed through innovation.
They successfully turned a small artisanal ice-cream parlour into a larger state-of-the-art plant without compromising on quality.
The selection of raw materials is fundamental: both ice-cream and "sorbetti" are exclusively made with milk from the family's cattle farm, Italian eggs, fresh seasonal fruits (e.g. Granny Smith apples) and "PGI Piemonte Hazelnuts".
Ice-cream is mainly enjoyed plain, combining different flavours in the same cup.
We also recommend trying the creams diluted with coffee, hot chocolate or liqueurs or as a garnish for fruit salads.
On the other side, sorbets can be shaken up with alcoholic drinks and served in flutes.
