Andrea and Alberto founded "Golosalba" in 2018 with the ambition of bringing back the ancient recipes of aunt Luigina based on "Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts", but with an eye to innovation.
Today, they produce genuine, gluten-free confectionery products, many of which are made from natural ingredients and lactose-free of milk and its derivatives and hydrogenated fats, without ever losing their taste and deliciousness.
In addition to hazelnuts, high-quality products such as single-origin chocolate, Italian extra virgin olive oil, Alpine flower honey and 100% Arabica coffee are used, while preservatives are mostly avoided.
"Golosalba" main products are "Albaré" biscuits, hazelnut cakes with different flavours, salted hazelnuts, chocolate truffles and corn pastries.
All "Golosalba" products are certified 100% Made in Italy.
Chocolate "Albarè" biscuits are excellent with a sip of "Barolo Chinato" wine or rum.
Hazelnut "Albarè" biscuits go perfectly with "Moscato d'Asti DOCG" wine and "Zabaione" cream.
Honey "Albarè" biscuits can be enjoyed with a nice cup of milk or hot tea.
