The farm "La Peracca" was born in the hills of Torino by the hand of Ettore Bastianini, agronomist and teacher of Economics.
His passion for the care of the land has always accompanied him.
For nearly forty years, Ettore has dedicated himself daily to the challenge of enhancing the company and its territory.
Always supported by his wife Patrizia, he now works with his son Francesco, who ensures the health of the hazelnut groves, and his daughter Elisabetta, who deals with the processing of the hazelnuts.
"La Peracca" operates on 40 hectares of land cultivated with hazelnuts, cereals, vegetables and biomass crops used for energy purposes.
Its main products are dry pastries, hazelnuts, spreadable creams and flours.
"Baci di Dama", "Brut e Bon", corn nuggets and nougat are perfect treats at the end of a meal with a cup of coffee on the side.
Shelled hazelnuts and grains can be used as an ingredient in cakes or with yoghurt and ice cream.
"Gianduja" and "Bonet" spreads can simply be eaten by the spoonful!
