Meet the producer
Since 1958, "Ziccat" has been working with chocolate according to artisan tradition.
Initially an old Turin-based brand, it is now run by a dynamic group including Alberto Brustia and Alexis Rosso.
"Ziccat" primary offering includes 20 pralines with different flavours such as dark "giandujotti", coffee and chilli chocolate bars.
The company produces also a traditional sweet named "cricrì", as well as Christmas and Easter products such as traditional eggs wrapped in a beautiful handmade fondant chocolate.
The cocoa comes from South America, Africa and Madagascar and, by blending the beans, "Ziccat" obtains the chocolate base for all their preparations.

The perfect match
The chocolates are meant to be eaten alone and in one mouthful, but they can also be used for other recipes.
For example, a traditional hot chocolate named "Bicerin", made with chocolate and sugar mixed on the stove with the addition of cream, or chocolate cups filled with coffee cream.
