Meet the producer

"Albergian" is the name of a mountain in the Chisone Valley, located right in front of Pragelato, the village where the history of this company started in 1908.

Born as a workshop inside the "Albergian" hotel, it began its expansion in the 60s.

For as many as 4 generations, they have been exclusively crafting handmade mountain products from the raw materials offered by small farms to support the local micro-economy.

A few examples? Candies (an "Albergian" classic, sweet and balsamic), jams, liqueurs and bitters (made with mountain herbs and roots).
