Meet the producer

"Oryza" is a producer of gluten-free puffed cereal cakes and a high-quality rice reseller, founded in 2002 by a group of organic rice farmers.

The production of organic puffed rice cakes started in 2006 when "Oryza" moved to a new and completely allergen-free plant in Tricerro.

"Oryza" uses only raw materials of 100% Italian origin, local whole grain rice, GMO-free corn (from Piemonte and Lombardy) and different gluten-free grains, pulses and spices like quinoa, amaranth, millet, buckwheat, chia, flax seeds, linseeds, lentils, rosemary, anise and marjoram.

They also produce veg-protein products, bread substitutes and crispy snacks like chips made from exclusively gluten-free ingredients.
