"Molini Bongiovanni" was founded in 2003, but founder Claudio Bongiovanni’s experience in the sector already started in 1977 with other brands.
"Molini Bongiovanni" milling plant is one of the most important in Italy and the biggest in Piemonte, thanks to its production capacity of 470 tons per day.
They use only the best European wheat with a low environmental impact thanks to the railway connection inside the mill.
Their wheat grains are carefully selected, and the hulling process removes all impurities from the grain to produce pure flour.
In 2008 "Molini Bongiovanni" started to produce stone-ground flours under the "Antiqua" brand.
Different flours are offered according to their use, from bakery to confectionery.
For example, homemade pasta with "Antiqua Type 1", savoury cake with pears and cheese with "Antiqua Type 2", wholemeal Torino breadsticks with "Antiqua Integrale" and apple, cinnamon and ginger cake with "Antiqua Type 1" and "Type 2".
