"Caseificio Pugliese", the flagship brand of the "Casa Radicci" group, was founded in the 50s when the Radicci family, originally from Gioia del Colle (Bari), moved to Piemonte bringing with them their enterprising spirit and love for tradition.
"Caseificio Pugliese" specialises in the production of fresh cheese such as mozzarella "fior di latte", "burrata", "scamorza" and "ricotta".
An organic line and a lactose-free line are available for all the products.
"Caseificio Puglise" believes in having a short supply chain: they rely on a select group of Piedmontese farms to supply "Casa Radicci" with more than 200 tons of milk per day.
Cheese can be used in many sweet and savoury recipes such as spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and "Mozzarelle Fior di Latte Stuzzichine", as well as rice croquettes filled with "Mozzarella Fior di Latte" or "semifreddo" coffee with cream and "Ricotta Fresca".
