The history of "La Burnia" started in 1944.
The vegetables from the house garden, combined with the culinary passion of the founders, gave birth to the preserves that still distinguish the products of "La Burnia".
The company has slowly expanded without ever losing its connection to traditional recipes and today offers several products in jars, from tomato sauces to ragouts and mixed pestos, from "porcini" mushrooms to truffle creams, from appetizers such as jarred grilled vegetables, artichokes and onions, to coloured pasta and fruit in alcohol.
"La Burnia" is able to satisfy everyone's palate, filling their jars with all kinds of gastronomic specialities from Piemonte and beyond.
Delicious preserves such as jarred mushrooms can be used in a variety of ways: as an appetizer, side dish, on pizza or to make the most of mixed salads.
Truffle creams, the jewel of the Langhe area, are processed white or black depending on the variety and are suitable for risottos, pasta or polenta.
