Davide Curzietti has been at the helm of "Le Trifole" (truffles in Piedmontese dialect) for 35 years.
He decided to continue developing this family passion after learning all the secrets of the truffle-hunting trade.
The company is still family-run and collects fine white and black truffles, as well as white and black summer truffles, which are selected and processed in its own laboratory.
All products are the result of artisanal processing, in which neither artificial preservatives nor colouring agents are used, so that the authenticity and aromaticity of the truffle are expressed in their most natural and authentic form.
"Le Trifole" product range includes whole seasonal truffles, sliced truffles, combined with creams, oil, butter or salt, "porcini" mushrooms and truffle cream, as well as truffle cheese.
White truffle creams, also available with added nuts and mushrooms, are perfect for preparing tasty "crostini" for aperitifs or creamy risottos and pasta recipes.
Truffle-flavoured seasonings are perfect with cheese and vegetables.
