Meet the producer
"Elisa Food" was born in 1976 from the pizza passion of its founder, Clemente Fasce.
40 years ago, his idea was quite far-sighted: to create ready-made pizza bases in his small laboratory in Novara.
The increasing demand for such products and the company' wish to enrich its products' catalogue contributed to the growth of "Elisa Food", that today operates in a large plant with two automatic production lines.
Quality for "Elisa Food" means at least 30 hours of natural fermentation, baking in a stone oven, top-quality flours (including gluten-free ones), advanced technologies that allow the preservation of the product without the use of preservatives.

The perfect match
Making pizza has never been so easy: take a pizza base from "Elisa Food" (you can choose between classic, spelt, vegetable, turmeric or gluten-free dough), a drizzle of tomato sauce, a few cubes of mozzarella cheese and bake.
Garnish with some oil and it's ready!
