"Antico Pastificio Tealdi" was founded in the 40s in the province of Cuneo by a family that never expected to see its name grow so big.
The passion for pasta was born over Sunday lunches, always based on grandmothers' handmade fresh egg "tajarin".
Now, "Antico Pastificio Tealdi" wants to revive that same authentic flavour with its products.
In the factory, historical machinery is used to create a sheet of pasta that is then folded, cut and dried at low temperatures for about 24 hours to keep each ingredient flavour.
Today, in addition to the classic "tajarin", other type of pasta are produced, such as "farfalle", filled "mini-plin", "farfalloni", "conchiglioni", "gigli" and "pennette".
Simply drain the pasta and add delicious ingredients such as truffles, "porcini" mushrooms, pesto sauce or many others to enjoy an inviting egg pasta dish with a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.
