"Explora Gin" is a small-batch distillery based in Torino, founded by brothers Giovanni and Davide Marazita.
Designers by trade and travellers at heart, they set out to bottle the thrill of exploration in a single London Dry Gin.
Every batch begins with Italian soft-wheat spirit and 100% natural botanicals, including juniperr, Calabrian bergamot peel, Sichuan pepper, rosemary, mint and liquorice root macerated and gently distilled, part in the pot and part in vapour, to preserve the crisp citrus notes and the warm balsamic core.
No artificial flavours, sweeteners, or colourings are ever used, and all packaging is fully recyclable.
Experience N°1: Its bright bergamot and juniper core shines in a classic G&T with a neutral premium tonic and a twist of bergamot zest. It lifts raw oysters and citrus-cured salmon, adds aromatic depth to grilled Mediterranean seafood, and contrasts beautifully with aged Parmigiano Reggiano or a square of high-cacao dark chocolate. In mixing, it creates a poised Dry Martini or a refreshing Southeast Asian–style highball with lemongrass soda.
