Meet the producer

"E Bon" takes its name from a Piedmontese phrase meaning something like "that's enough" or "and that's it".

Look at the hands on the label and you'll find what the bottle really holds. The vermouth revives a Turin tradition from the late 1800s that has nearly disappeared.

Back then, there was a specific hour before dinner when people gathered to drink vermouth alongside bread, butter and anchovies, cured meats, aged cheese. It wasn't just a drink—it was where deals were made, gossip exchanged, new friendships formed. For young women, it was a coming-out moment, a chance to learn how to move in society.

"E Bon" brings that tradition back with two carefully crafted vermouths made from Piedmont wine bases and botanicals that deserve your attention.

The perfect match

"Rosso": a vermouth that demands company. Serve it cold over ice with a strip of orange zest, and you'll want cured meats, aged cheeses, bread with butter and anchovies beside it. The tartness cuts through richness; the vanilla warms without sweetness. In a Negroni, it becomes something noble. Neat after dinner, it clears and settles.

"Rosso Mignon": the small format of the classic. Enjoy it the same way: as an aperitivo with good company, or as a digestivo at day's end.

"Bianco": lighter and brighter than the red. Pour it cold as a pure aperitivo, or build it into a Vermouth Spritz with prosecco and soda. It pairs naturally with bread, butter and anchovies, fresh cheeses. In an Americano with bitter and soda, it becomes complete.
