The perfect match

"La Giasera" (Canavese Bianco): Its crisp and floral notes, accompanied by a fresh, fruity taste, make it an excellent match for seafood appetizers, light salads with citrus dressing, or goat cheese. Consider pairing it with a summer salad with citrus segments or grilled prawns.

"Roc della Regina" (Canavese Bianco): Given its acacia tonneaux aging that softens its characteristics, Roc della Regina would pair beautifully with richer fish dishes, creamy pasta, or poultry. A risotto with asparagus or a light chicken alfredo would complement its profile nicely.

"San Siond" (Canavese Nebbiolo): The complex flavors highlighted by floral scents, fresh fruit, and a peppery note make this a great pairing with red meats. Think of beef tenderloin, braised short ribs, or even a hearty mushroom risotto for vegetarians.

"Eco" (Canavese Rosso): Its versatility, delicate aromas of flowers and small red fruits, and savory finish make this sparkling rosé brut an excellent aperitif or companion to the entire meal. As a starter, it shines next to sushi, oysters, or strawberry and spinach salad.

"La Torre" (Canavese Barbera): Its balanced nature suits traditional winter Piedmontese dishes well, making it a perfect companion for agnolotti del plin (meat-stuffed pasta), or braised beef in Barolo wine sauce. Also, consider hard, aged cheeses.

"San Giacomo": The intense ruby color and fruity notes of cherry entwined with elegant floral notes suggest a pairing with hearty dishes. Tomato-based pasta dishes, rich meaty lasagnas, or even eggplant parmigiana would highlight the wine's qualities.

"MaDama": This complex, balanced, yet decisive wine can accompany a wide range of dishes. Its notes of red fruit, dog rose, and balsamic nuances make it suitable for game meats, truffle dishes, or hard cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano.
