"Divinity" is a new name of excellence in Italy’s artisanal spirit panorama.
Founded in 2023 by childhood friends Mastro and Cappe inside an 18th-century mill at Venaria Reale (Torino), the company produces 28% ABV liqueurs inspired by mythological figures.
All stages of production, botanical selection, ice-cold infusion, slow blending, two-month resting, and bottling take place under one roof.
The "Rituale di Creazione" keeps temperatures low to preserve delicate aromas; the sweetness is balanced with a syrup prepared cold to soften the alcohol without masking flavour.
True to a zero-waste philosophy, every herb and spice left after infusion is milled into flour, closing the loop and honouring the mill’s past.
The result is a trio of small-batch spirits with vivid natural colours, no artificial additives, and a flavour clarity aimed at cocktail bars, gourmet retailers, and fine-dining restaurants in Italy and abroad.
"Morfeo": Shake 25 ml Morfeo with gin, dry vermouth, and a dash of gentian bitters for a floral White Negroni, or lengthen 40 ml with Brut Prosecco and a lemon twist for a sunset Spritz.
"Toth": Swap vermouth for 30 ml Toth in a Rye Manhattan; garnish with an orange-oil-spritzed cherry for a winter warmer.
"Fenrir": Create a Nordic Mule with 50 ml Fenrir, 15 ml lime, top with ginger beer, finish with dill fronds; or stir 30 ml Fenrir with fino sherry and cucumber bitters for an aperitif martini.
