Established in the early 2000s, "Coop Tesori Bio" (aka "I Tesori della Terra") is a Social Agricultural Cooperative located in Cervasca, Cuneo, Piedmont.
Originating from two entities practicing organic methods within the "Pope John XXIII Community", founded by Don Oreste Benzi in 1968, the cooperative is dedicated to producing, transforming, and marketing organic products of excellence. It integrates and values individuals facing difficulties, providing them with opportunities in the agricultural sector.
The cooperative operates a dairy where fresh organic milk from their stables is transformed into high-quality yogurt and cheeses.
They also manage educational farms and equestrian centers, promoting social inclusion and environmental respect.
Their philosophy emphasizes slow rhythms, nature, and quality, aiming to cultivate and raise in harmony with the environment, respecting ecosystems and natural cycles.
